2. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Fivroo.
- Drivers must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle documents.
3. Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Service Usage
- Fivroo connects passengers with drivers but does not directly provide transportation services.
- Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Fivroo.
- Passengers must comply with local laws and behave respectfully toward drivers.
5. Payments and Fees
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand.
- Payments can be made via cash, wallet balance, or online payment methods.
- Drivers receive earnings through bank transfers or other payout options.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Passengers may cancel a ride before a driver accepts it without penalty.
- If a cancellation occurs after driver acceptance, cancellation fees may apply.
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (see below).
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:

8. Liability and Disclaimers

- The company does not guarantee the availability of rides at all times.

9. Account Suspension or Termination
- Fivroo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
- Users may deactivate their accounts by contacting support.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes must be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Cairo.
