3. Eligibility Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Fivroo. Drivers must meet the legal driving age and possess valid licenses and permits.

4. User Accounts Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Service Usage

• Users must adhere to all applicable laws while using the platform.
• Drivers must provide safe and lawful transportation services.
• Parcel senders must not send prohibited or illegal items.

6. Pricing and Payments

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and selected service type.
• Users agree to pay the fare upon booking a service.
• Cancellation fees may apply if a ride or delivery is canceled after a driver is assigned.

7. Vehicle Categories Fivroo offers multiple vehicle categories:

• Bike: Motorbikes for quick deliveries.
• Taxi: Standard ride-hailing service.
• Group: Larger vehicles for families or groups.
• Plus: Premium vehicles for a comfortable ride.
• Express: Affordable ride options with vehicles.

8. Parcel Delivery

• Users must ensure parcels comply with Fivroo's weight and content restrictions.
• Drivers are responsible for timely and secure deliveries.
• Return fees apply if a delivery cannot be completed.

9. Driver Obligations

• Maintain valid driving licenses and insurance.
• Ensure vehicles meet Fivroo's safety standards.
• Accept ride requests fairly and without discrimination.

10. User Conduct

• Users must treat drivers and other users respectfully.
• Harassment, violence, or illegal activities will result in account termination.

11. Data Protection & Privacy Fivroo collects and processes personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Users consent to such processing by using the platform.

12. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, and content related to Fivroo are owned by Almar Prog LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Liability & Disclaimers

• Fivroo is a platform connecting users with independent drivers. We do not assume liability for driver actions.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
• Fivroo is not liable for service disruptions due to external factors.

14. Termination of Accounts Fivroo reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the relevant legal authority in Egypt.

16. Modifications to Terms Fivroo may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
